You can choose between small, medium or a large print. All at the same cost. Small and medium prints are processed for delivery within a day, even if framing option is selected for small and medium prints. Whilst large prints require 2 business days minimum. And an extra 3 days if you've chosen to frame your print.

- If you have chosen to have a framed print, delivery will take longer depending on your print size. Small and medium frames will take up to 1 business day. However, large print framing will take up to 4 business days longer for production and delivery.
- For larger prints (A2 and beyond), printing and framing will add 2-3 extra days to the production time.

Refunds
If you are unhappy with the final artwork I can provide a 50% refund. Unfortunately, I can't provide a full refund as time and materials will have been used to create the initial drafts of the artwork.
Refunds will also not be provided once the artwork has been completed, shipped and/or digital files have been emailed. The project will be seen as complete when the customer approves of the final work, or no further work is needed by the artist.
Exchanges
The value of the sale when the custom portrait service was purchased can also be exchanged for print(s) of similar or equal value. Any greater priced choices will need to have the difference paid separately.
